Terms of Use

Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legal agreement governing your use of the LEPA mobile app and related services (the "Service", "Platform"). By registering or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Definitions
• "LEPA" / "we" / "Platform" — the provider of this Service. • "User" / "you" — a person registered on the Service. • "Account" — your personal user profile. • "Content" — text, images, video, comments and messages you share on the Platform. • "ELO" — the competitive rating computed server-side.
2. Description of the Service
LEPA is an ELO-based ranking, matchmaking, league/tournament and community platform for online football players in Azerbaijan. It lets players find opponents, play matches, report results, earn rating, take part in leagues and interact with the community. LEPA does not provide the game itself and is not officially affiliated with any third-party game publisher.
3. Eligibility & Age
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Accounts found to belong to children under 13 will be deleted. Users aged 13–18 must use the Service with the consent of a legal guardian.
4. Account & Security
• One person may create only one account. • You must provide accurate, current information at registration. • You are responsible for keeping your credentials (password) confidential. • You are responsible for all activity on your account. • Notify support immediately of any unauthorized access.
5. Fair Play & Conduct
As a user you undertake to: • Report match results honestly and accurately. • Not upload fake proof (images). • Treat opponents and community members with respect. • Not fix or manipulate match outcomes (match-fixing). • Not leave matches without cause — this may incur a penalty.
6. Match Results & Disputes
When both players submit the same result, it is confirmed immediately. If only one side submits and the opponent does not respond within 15 minutes, the result is auto-confirmed. When conflicting results are submitted, a dispute is opened and image proof is mandatory. Disputes are reviewed by an admin whose decision is final.
7. ELO & Anti-Manipulation
ELO rating is computed SOLELY server-side and cannot be altered by the client. Attempting to fake rating, results or statistics, using bots/automation, or abusing system flaws results in a permanent account ban.
8. Leagues & Tournaments
Leagues and tournaments may be subject to additional rules (registration windows, group/playoff format, tie-breaking). Participation is voluntary. LEPA reserves the right to change schedules, formats and reward rules.
9. Community Content & Moderation
You may post, comment and use global/match chat. The following content is strictly prohibited: • Insults, hate speech, threats, violence. • Sexual/inappropriate (NSFW) or illegal content. • Spam, advertising, fraud or malicious links. • Unauthorized disclosure of others’ personal data. Users can flag inappropriate content via the "Report" feature. LEPA reserves the right to hide or remove any content without notice and to penalize the relevant account.
10. Prohibited Actions
• Creating multiple accounts. • Using someone else’s account or selling accounts. • Interfering with the Service, reverse-engineering, or DDoS attempts. • Accessing the Service via automated tools (bots, scripts). • Deceiving or harassing other users.
11. Suspension & Bans
If you breach these Terms, LEPA may temporarily suspend or permanently ban your account. For serious violations (result faking, multiple accounts, attacks) a ban may apply immediately and without notice. A banned user may appeal via support chat.
12. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time in-app via Profile → "Delete Account". On deletion your personal data is anonymized and account access is disabled; all data is fully deleted within 30 days. Match history may remain in anonymized form to preserve opponents’ rating integrity.
13. Intellectual Property
The LEPA name, logo, design and software belong to LEPA. Content you share remains yours, but you grant LEPA a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store and process it within the Service.
14. Paid Features (Future)
The Service is currently free. Premium membership or paid features may be offered in the future. If introduced, pricing, payment and refund terms will be disclosed separately and your consent obtained before activation.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". LEPA does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fully secure. Finding an opponent in matchmaking depends on the number of players.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LEPA is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. LEPA is not a party to disputes between users.
17. Indemnification
You agree to hold LEPA harmless from claims brought by third parties against LEPA as a result of your breach of these Terms or your unlawful Content.
18. Changes to the Service
LEPA may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, with or without notice.
19. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. For users located in the European Union, the rights provided under the GDPR (see Privacy Policy) additionally apply. Disputes are resolved amicably first, then through the competent courts.
20. Changes to the Terms
LEPA may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.
