Privacy Policy

Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how LEPA ("we", "Platform") collects, uses and protects your personal data and how we uphold your rights. By using the Service you accept this policy. LEPA is the data controller.
1. Data We Collect
Account data: email address, username, in-game name, (optional) profile picture, country, bio. Gameplay data: match results, ELO and rating history, statistics, league participation. Technical data: device identifier, platform (Android/iOS), FCM token for push notifications. Content: posts, comments, chat messages, images you upload for disputes. Support: messages and attachments you send to support chat.
2. How Data Is Collected
We collect data directly from you (registration, profile, gameplay, posts) and automatically (device, usage, token). We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
3. Purposes of Use
• Create and manage your account. • Matchmaking and server-side ELO calculation. • Building the leaderboard and leagues. • Sending push notifications. • Displaying and moderating community content. • Preventing security risks, fraud and abuse. • Responding to support requests.
4. Legal Basis (GDPR)
We process your data on the following bases: • Performance of a contract — to provide the Service (account, match, rating). • Consent — for push notifications and optional profile data. • Legitimate interest — security, anti-cheat and service improvement. • Legal obligation — to comply with applicable laws.
5. Data Sharing
We DO NOT sell your personal data. Data is shared only with technical service providers (data processors) necessary to operate the Service: • Supabase — database, authentication, file storage. • Google Firebase — push notifications (FCM). These providers process data only on our instructions. Data may also be shared with authorities where required by law.
6. International Data Transfer
Our service providers’ servers may be located outside Azerbaijan (e.g., Supabase — Tokyo region; Google Firebase — global infrastructure). This means your data is transferred and stored internationally. Appropriate measures are applied to protect your data during such transfers.
7. Data Retention
Your data is kept while your account is active. On deletion, personal data is anonymized and fully deleted within 30 days. Deletion from backups may take a short additional period. Match history may remain in anonymized form to preserve opponents’ rating integrity.
8. Security
We apply measures such as row-level security (RLS), encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and server-side rating computation. While no system is 100% secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
9. Your Rights
Under applicable law (including the GDPR) you have the right to: • Access — learn what data is stored. • Rectification — correct inaccurate data. • Erasure ("right to be forgotten") — delete your data. • Portability — obtain a copy of your data. • Object to and restrict processing. • Withdraw consent (with future effect). You can exercise these rights via support chat.
10. Account & Data Deletion
You may delete your account any time via Profile → "Delete Account". This anonymizes your personal data, removes your posts and disables account access; full deletion occurs within 30 days.
11. Children’s Privacy
LEPA is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If such an account is found, its data will be deleted. Users aged 13–18 must use the Service with guardian consent.
12. Push Notifications
We store an FCM token to send push notifications about match found, results, disputes, support replies and community activity. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
13. Cookies
The web version uses only essential authentication (session) cookies. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
14. Third-Party Links
The Platform may contain external links. LEPA is not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; we recommend reading their policies separately.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification. The "Last updated" date is shown above.
